SWAROVSKI OPTIK 57309 Overview

Swarovski Optik produces some of the world's finest optical designs and products. From their beginnings in 1905 until today, founder Daniel Swarovski's "Constantly improving what is good" motto has endured as a company mantra. Their brilliant, innovative optical products & designs exemplify their commitment to uncompromising quality.

The conservative profile of the Habicht PVI-2 High Grid 1.25-4x24 Riflescope effectively camouflages its superior optical performance and impeccable yet rugged construction. Contained within the compact form-factor of this deceiving optical wonder are features that will greatly enhance your outdoor experience.

High Grid reticle technology gives you the option to adjust the reticle brightness to suit ambient lighting conditions; it also ensures maximum reticle sharpness across the illumination range. This is a tremendous asset for gaining positive target acquisition during twilight or under less than ideal lighting conditions.

Swarovski's optical supremacy shines bright under any lighting scenario and this scope delivers a sight picture equal to or better than many scopes with larger dimensions. These riflescopes are engineered to deliver amazing levels of light transmission throughout the day and into twilight. The extremely efficient optical stack also incorporates generous eye relief and an extremely flat field of view for a sharp, clear & brilliant sight picture.

This particular PVI-2 is configured with a low to mid range magnification of 1.25-4x; an excellent choice for fast target acquisition on quick moving game. The wide field of view greatly enhances your ability to take in the entire scene around your potential target, get on target quickly, and make a quick follow-up shot when necessary.

To use a riflescope with your firearm, you'll need a mounting base and mounting rings in addition to the scope itself. Bases attach to your firearm and rings attach to your scope. By affixing the scope mounted rings to the rifle mounted base you create a reliable accurate, and secure sighting system. Proper spacing of the rings, as well as the ring height should be considered to ensure a proper line of sight can be established. This will maximize the value of your investment, and enhance your shooting experience. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation.

Parallax free at a distance of 110 yd (100m)
30mm Main tube is nitrogen purged, water and fog proof
(Waterproof performance is only possible when BE-4 module is installed.)
Sophisticated & efficient optical system delivers a wide field of view & optimum edge-to-edge sharpness
Proprietary lens coatings & microstructure grooves eliminate residual reflections inside the tube for a bright & well detailed sight picture
BE-4 Digital High Grid Illumination
Daylight Mode provides 16 illumination levels
Twilight Mode provides 32 illumination levels
When turning off the illumination unit the last brightness setting is recorded and reactivated when the unit is turned on.
If no brightness adjustment has been carried out within 3 hours, the illumination unit automatically turns off.
Illuminated CD-I Reticle in Second Focal Plane
The Illuminated CD-I reticle features a circle dot configuration for quick target acquisition. Three medium weight and length posts at 3, 6, and 9 o-clock draw your attention to the center of your line of sight. A single illuminated dot indicates the intersection of fine cross hairs and single vertical stadia. An unobtrusive illuminated circle sits on the posts, surrounding the cross hair & dot intersection.
Second focal plane positioning of the reticle maintains its size throughout the zoom range.
