Linksys SPA2002-ER Overview

The SPA2002-ER Analog Phone Adapter with 2 Ports from Linksys is an adapter that allows you to connect existing analog phones, fax machines, PBX, and key system communication platforms to an IP-based data network. Use this solution to protect and extend your past investment in telecommunications equipment.

This unit will support up to (2) phone or fax lines, but also requires a service agreement with an Internet telephone service provider. If your Internet service provider offers advanced functionality with your account, this unit will also support caller ID, call waiting, voicemail, call forwarding, distinctive ring, and other similar features.

Internet Telephone
This unit is an adapter that enables you to use a telephone or other analog telecom equipment through your high-speed Internet or cable connection.
Two Lines
This unit will support up to (2) phone lines, but also requires a service agreement with an Internet telephone service provider.
Advanced Features
If your Internet service provider offers advanced functionality with your account, this unit will also support caller ID, call waiting, voicemail, call forwarding, distinctive ring, and other similar features.
