Vicon V40X8ICPS Overview

The Vicon V40X8ICPS is a digital control and matrix package consisting of a series of controller cards and remote control panels. This system comes equipped with 5 video switcher cards each handling up to 8 discreet video inputs, allowing for a total of 40 possible cameras. This is all fed into a maximum of 8 video monitors and can be monitored in a variety of different ways, including sequential or pre-programmed camera switching.

Multiple Switching Options
The system has the ability to be configured in a variety of different ways, making user operation quick and easy. Monitors can be configured to cycle through different cameras in ascending order or can be pre-programmed in any order desirable. This allows maximum customization creating the most efficient large-scale surveillance system possible.
Changeable Dwell Settings
Dwell refers to the amount of time a camera is displayed through its designated monitor. The V40X8ICPS can set each camera to a separate period of time depending on the their importance, giving operators a more useful overview.
Included Alarm Software
Alarm settings can be individually set through the sophisticated software and can be set by operators when using the V1300X-PKA keyboard.
