This gel wrist rest provides exactly what I needed to prevent carpel tunnel syndrome. The bottom of the gel rest and mouse pad adhere to my desk (without leaving any residue) and connect to one another in a L-shape. The keyboard fits within this L and prevents movement while typing. Great product.
