The ZSC 88 from CME-Pro is a MIDI keyboard controller with 88 fully weighted, velocity-sensitive keys and global aftertouch, housed in a durable aluminum case. The keys provide a sense of playing a real piano. GarageBand and Logic software remote control is included.
Sufficient controller functionality is provided, including pitch and modulation wheels. Editing and controller assignments are executed using a function switch with various note-key selections. Velocity and aftertouch curves are adjustable to allow for customizing the feel of the keyboard.
The ZSC 88 provides two USB hubs that allow for connecting a computer keyboard, mouse and other USB peripherals to the keyboard, and then from there to a computer, utilizing a single cable. The USB connection also allows for future updates and enhancements to be downloaded directly to the keyboard. The unit supports most professional audio/MIDI applications.
