Matthews makes some pretty irreplaceable items for the set, location or studio. Along with the Road Flag frame, I have definitely found this to be one of those irreplaceable items. I own two and when on location these provide some of the most beautiful soft light. That being said, when shooting products or scenes with any reflective surface the Yellow/Orange border (which I'm sure is an attempt to make the silk easily discernible from other light modifiers) is clearly visible in reflections. Think about shooting a mirror-like set of silverware and you see yellow/orange everywhere in what should be a clean soft white reflection. That creates a massive issue for post-production. A white border with a small and clearly stated label on the back side of the border would do away with such an issue. I love the product, but would gladly welcome an updated version for studio photographers.

Can the RoadFlag Fabric fit on a standard Matthews 4X4 non breakdown frame or a 4X4 square tubing type frame?
headsup, for anyone in the future, this does NOT fit on a a 4x4 square tube frame, too tight.
