Works well...the clips are a bit big though

needed a way to attach my OM-System OM-5 to my backpack. I can't use my Ulanzi Falcom quick release kit since the tripod socket is a known weak spot of the OM-5 with that type of holder. These OP tech straps work well for what I needed however the clips are pretty big and when the camera is not on the straps the clips dangling are pretty big. otherwise great quality and price.

This has made carrying a camera so much more pleasant

I have tried so many different camera straps and harnesses. Most of them are fine for an event but eventually hurt my shoulder and back if I carry my Nikon d750 for more than an hour or so. I like to have my camera with me on walks and can't currently afford a lighter camera system, so this has been a problem for me. Attaching my camera to my backpack allows my backpack frame to take over, and it's so much better! I have a set on my everyday backpack and am now getting a set for a dayhiking pack. I also have the sling strap and the wrist strap that work with this system. I'm very happy with them. Op/tech may not be trendy, but I've tried the trendy brands and keep coming back to Op/tech.

Of course I've never measured how much weight they can accommodate but they're very strong and very well made.
