A simple method for flattening curled prints, this Print De-Roller from D&K helps to straighten prints or posters up to 24" in width. Typically used with prints that have been wound in a tube or around a core, this device allows you to reverse the curl by rolling and pressing the print between a 1.5"-diameter core and a backing sheet to produce a flattened image.

D&K SEDR15024 Reviews
Works well but does not last.
I print professionally, and the rollers work very well. Unfortunately, the plastic material develops cracks after a certain period of regular use, and the only option is to keep taping them, I have contacted the company to see if they might reuse the metal roller and repair mine, but they won't do that. If you are a hobbyist, you will probably get many years of service form it, but for professional daily use, expect no more than two years before it wears out.
Very Poorly Constructed
I have owned two of these for about four years. Even though they are quite awkward to operate, once you get the hang of it, they do the job of flattening the prints. It does require practice and you can sometimes ruin a print or end up curling it the other way, which requires re-flattening it on the other side. Most damage happens with all the handling that is needed. The huge problem they have is that they fall apart really quickly and there's no way to fix them once you're out of warranty. The company offers no help at all. They are so poorly constructed that it is guaranteed to fall apart when used properly. For the amount of money they cost, you would at least expect the company to service them. For this reason, I give this product a low rating.
