Purchased for an upcoming trip to Ireland and Wales. It will hold my new Slik 400dx just fine!! Sad that Slik didn't include this with my tripod when I purchased it and save me time.
Conclusion......
Bag is perfect..
Slik needs to step up and include with the tripod...

No, the Slik TBM Medium Tripod Bag is not a padded bag. If you need a padded bag that would accommodate a tripod that is 24 inches (60.96 cm) long, the Really Right Stuff Small Tripod Bag (Black), B&H # RETQB64SMLLB, the Manfrotto 3279BLK (AW-3279B) 25" Tripod Bag, B&H # MA3279B, or the Vidpro TC27 Padded Tripod Case (Black), B&H # VITC27, would be alternative tripod cases that would be compatible for your usage needs.
