A simple device, not so easy to find

This is an amazingly simple device to keep plugs flush to the wall. I really had to hunt to find it. HOSA website says it's not available, a few sellers on Amazon asking ridiculous prices. Thank you to B&H for having this available at a reasonable price.

I have been using this for an outlet that I have trouble getting a plug into. It works quite well for that, but I had hoped that there would be two sockets instead of just the one as I can't use it for another outlet that required the socket to face up.

This does help with a cord won't co into an outlet because of angle. I did think it was double sided, but it only has the one outlet shown in the picture.

This is just the thing for that plug behind the bookcase or heavy dresser. The only better solution would be a flat plug, but cords with that solution seem hard to find, and they don't allow a grounded plug. This one could be a bit more compact, but perhaps not with robust construction and a grounded plug.

Is there one with the opposite configuration to accommodate an outlet wired with the ground plug up?
I have had the exact same problem. this is the only adapter I have ever seen. My solution for this problem; is to remove the outlet and turn it 180 then reinstall it.
