Light duty ball head, does what I want. As always, spectacular service from B&H.

I purchased 2 of these over a year ago. 1 failed within 2 months and I had to reach out to the company to get it replaced(Not a fun process). It took awhile and I got the same model back which just failed again. I use these to either hold a flash or reflector. Maybe I used them 5-7 times and now its time to buy something else.

Is the adjustment wheel/nut small enough to allow full adjustment of the the view screen on the Sony A-6000?

Yes, you can, but this tiny ball head is a bit small to secure an A6000 with anything but its tiny lenses. I'm referring to the holding power of the ball. The tilt screen will be fine.
