The H1 from Benchmark is a high-resolution, single-channel stereo headphone amplifier designed to send boosted audio signals to headphones with impedances as low as 30 Ohms. At the heart of the unit is the HPA-2 amplifier module, which delivers a clean, clear audio performance designed to keep up with today's high-quality headphones.
The sleek enclosure has a pair of XLR input connectors on the rear panel for accepting a stereo audio signal from a mixer or other professional device. The front of the unit has a single 1/4" output connector and a knob for controlling the gain. The unit has an external power supply to keep interference to a minimum for the cleanest possible audio signal.
