The PhotoShot digital still camera feature lets you use the camcorder as a still camera. The PV-GS36 is also ready for a variety of multimedia applications and can easily serve as a web camera for videoconferencing.
Progressive PhotoShot Mode
This feature helps to eliminate fuzziness by capturing the image and then temporarily storing the image in two separate fields. The two images of the exact same moment are then combined, with no time lag, to produce images of better quality than standard recorded stills.
Cinema Mode
The NV-GS60 allows you to record video in widescreen mode, giving you a 16:9 aspect ratio. When played back on a television, the result is dramatic looking cinema-like movies at home.
Zoom Mic
As you zoom in on the picture, the audio will also zoom in so you can better pinpoint sound sources.
RapidFire Consecutive Photoshot
