The LED Lamp from Allen & Heath is an 18" LED lamp that is powered by connecting it to a 4-pin XLR connector. It features a straight neck with a dimmer control.

I concur with others in appreciating the dimmer. It would be nice if the dimmer went lower and even nicer if it clicked off at the end of the dial's travel. Besides sometimes wanting it off but readily available during live sound, no off switch means that the lamp needs to be physically removed and stowed when ambient light is adequate (normal use for my mixer), or else leave the lamp on when it doesn't need to be, which doesn't feel right even for an LED lamp. If I find or build a 4-pin dongle at the base with an on-off switch, I will post about it here. Docking one star for this issue.

OK guys I have this lamp in my hand now and I don't know where to plug it in my Allen & Heath ZED420 - 20-Input, 4-Buss Recording Mixer with USB Connection (B&H # ALZED420). Can you please advise?
