Is this acid-free or PH neutral?
This is a standard bond paper with a matte coating applied. It is thin and it is probably not acid free or PH neutral. It is OK paper, but you do get what you are paying for.

Sorry I don't know for sure. We used it in a cannon ink jet plotter.

this comes in 1 roll 42 inches,100 feet long? using it for an art project and need to cut out 4 x 40-42 inch circles. do you think that this product is conducive to this?
This paper will support cutting and alterations. You will need to be precise in your measurements with little waste to be able to cut out what you are wanting.

I have been using this for years with my HP Design Jet Plotter. I would say closer to 24# - it is definitely heavier than normal copy paper and makes very nice prints
