Like others, I find it very irritating that Billingham does not include a good shoulder pad with their already expensive camera bags. Without a pad the shoulder straps are not overly comfortable (at least to me) and do tend to slip on shoulder. Having said that, this is an excellent shoulder pad which works very well.

I have a few of these, in various sizes and colors, and they are simply the best.  Very well made of very high quality materials; they look fantastic, and they do their job as well as it can be done: they dont slip.  They are relatively expensive, but theres no better example of getting what you pay for.
