Would this be suitable for mounting 2 Panasonic HE 130 or UE 150 PTZ video cameras on a single Manfrotto tripod?
The Manfrotto Double Camera Bracket (B&H# MA828) may be used to mount the Panasonic AW-HE130 HD Integrated PTZ Camera (B&H# PAAWHE130K) and the Panasonic AW-UE150AKPJ UHD 4K 20x PTZ Camera (B&H# PAAWUE150AB) if you use appropriate 3/8"-16 female to 1/4"-20 male adapters for each of the camera screws on the bracket such as the CAMVATE 3/8"-16 Female to 1/4"-20 Male Tripod Adapter (2-Pack) (B&H# CAC2738).

HI thereWould it make sense to use this item, to mount two large cameras on a monopod, for sports photography? One Canon camera with a 500mm f4, and the other with a 100-400mm.Any other suggestions for keeping the above two cameras handy while walking up & down a sports field?Thanks a lotDavid
I would strongly advise you to not use this product in that capacity. I would advise you to use the 500mm f/4L on a monopod by itself, such as the Manfrotto 685B http://bhpho.to/1mHqv6Y, which will give rapid collapse and extending, which is good to use for up and go work. For the other body and 100-400mm lens, I advise you to keep it on a BlackRapid RS-Sport Extreme strap for quick and comfortable access: http://bhpho.to/NKCiGB

Will this work on the 500 ah fluid head
This is meant to connect to the base of the legs. All connection points are 3/8 .
