Sabine Navigator NAV4802 - Multi-Function DSP System Processor - Front Panel Display

The Navigator NAV4802 from Sabine is a multi-function system processor designed for commercial installation and production audio. The unit can operate as a matrix mixer, loudspeaker controller or signal router. A comprehensive set of DSP is included, with no limit on its use. All functions operate concurrently and are controlled simultaneously with no need to compile any files or settings. This equates to placing a set of FBX feedback control filters on every input and compressors on every input and output, without triggering a "running out of DSP" message.

Control of the unit is achieved via the fully-featured front-panel controls, or via the included Windows software, with USB, RS-232 or Ethernet for connection protocols. Thirty program locations allow for saving and recalling particular configurations, and gain LEDs are provided for each channel. In order to maintain pristine audio quality, the unit utilizes 24-bit analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, allowing the NAV4802 to improve the sound quality and the adaptability of sound systems for churches, schools, boardrooms, theaters, concert halls, offices, retail outlets, and all levels of touring and production systems.

Up to 16 units can be on a Navigator network, with the use of an optional network switcher. Control of the network will be available once all the hardware is connected via the switcher, and IP addresses created for each individual unit.
