Cineform NEO HDV v3 Software for Windows

The NEO HDV v3 Software from Cineform is an advanced capture application and compression codec for Windows. The software package includes a video capture application, HD Link, that can be used to acquire MPEG-2 Transport Stream (M2T) files from HDV camcorders. The M2T files are transcoded to the NEO codec and wrapped as Windows AVI or QuickTime MOV files.
