If you are looking for the best lens cleaner, then this is it! Purosol cleans lenses like no other lens clear, leaves no residue and cuts through all kind of smuts. I have been using it for over ten year and I have tested all the cleaners I could find and this the best. It is nonflammable and can be carried on a plane. I will say it is the best but it is also the most expensive, but in my opinion it is the BEST!

First do no harm.

I have used this cleaner from time to time and it is valuable in its place; however, it is not for difficult to clean situations. I believe it will not harm coatings or delicate lenses with proper use and is good for occasional light cleaning of spots. I'd like to know what it is and what is in it besides distilled water. Maybe it is nothing more.
