The SB10R from Quested is a high-quality active subwoofer designed for low frequency reinforcement with an active monitoring system. The subwoofer has a large, 10" cone that's capable of reproducing frequencies as low as 20Hz. Perfect for use with stereo or multichannel systems, the ported subwoofer cabinet is constructed from medium-density fiberboard with ash veneer for lasting looks and durability.
A separate single-space rack unit houses the subwoofer's amplifier and controls. By keeping these electronics separate from the speaker components, distortion and interference are minimized, and the electronics are not subjected to low frequency vibrations that can cause adverse effects. The amplifier provides 210W of continuous power for a strong performance with low distortion. A variety of controls let you set the crossover point, adjust high and low pass filters, and set phase and polarity to ensure the best performance in your workspace.
