The Formatt FM-600 is a 4x4 matte box system for small DV camera in mind. Adapters allow this matte box to work with lens diameters from 43 to 82mm. It feature two fixed filter holders and one rotating 360° accommodating a wide range of filter combinations.

This matte box requires an adapter ring for camcorder attachment
Adapter System
Optional aluminum adapters are offered to accommodate lens diameters of 43 to 82mm; this system works well in wide angle applications.
Adjustable
This unit can work with or without the French flag; it even has the ability to remove the lens shade completely while still using the filter holders.
Rotating
The rotating filter stage works well with polarizers.
