The Ewa-Marine VC-1S Rain Cape is made for small camcorders measuring up to 5.75 x 3.25 x 7.75". It is manufactured from special PVC and has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass port. The camera is attached to the front port by means of a C-AF adapter which attaches the cape to the camcorder, holding the front port in front of the lens like an optional clear filter. It has a flap that can be opened to use the camera's LCD monitor. It can be used handheld or on a tripod. The cap is closed by means of press studs at the bottom.
