Attempted on use this on a Marantz 5 Disc CD player. Track 1 played and then after switching to Track 3 as per the instructions, it did nothing. Contact with maker provided no coherent explanation for this. Seems like a waste of money.

the Bose slot loading extension has problems playing cds. So does the radio's loading cd slot. Can I use the Maxell CD-340 cleaner to help this?
