Additionally, Velvia 50 also exhibits a fine grain structure with high sharpness and resolving power, and is well-suited to a wide variety of shooting applications.

The unicorn of slide film

I have an expired 5-pack of this in cold storage. I'm almost afraid to use it for fear of never being able to buy any more of it. I probably should just shoot the stuff when I get a chance to go up north for vacation. I wouldn't waste it in the desert. I needs to be shot in places where there are colors and water. I guess that Fuji has been cutting up a master roll of this film periodically and offering it for sale. I can't imagine it's being manufactured anymore, which makes me sad. This, the Velvia 100 (rest in peace) and Provia 100 will also be missed. Now Ektachrome's prices have gone sky high. No competition anymore. At least we still have Ektar 100. I could just use my digital (gasp!) Nikon D-780 but it wouldn't feel the same. I'll shoot my last rolls this spring and summer before it becomes unusable, mourn its loss, and start using my digital cameras for color photography. I'll feel dead inside, but it's better than nothing.

The best color slide film. Just happened looking for items on the B&H website and received the notification. Have been waiting for it for a long time. Grab it immediately and luckily got them.

The expiration date will vary depending on purchase date as stock is consistently changing. All film is within the expiration date, though.
