The Rode VideoMic should connect directly into the recorder without using this adapter. This adapter would provide no benefit.

Yes. It splits the tip and ring to separate the two channels to different plugs.

Will this work w/ a stereo mic pair prewired w/ one male 3.5 TRS thru two Rode VXLR+ adapters into a Zoom F3, and retain stereo?
The Hosa Technology Stereo 3.5mm Female to Dual Mono 3.5mm Male Airline Adapter (6") will combine separate left (tip) and ring (right) signals into a single stereo signal. It will not separate the stereo signal on a 3.5mm TRS to separate left and right signals.

Will this work to connect two wireless microphone receivers into one camera input “of course using a short trs male to male connector”?
I don't think this one would do what you are trying to accomplish. I got it to use with my headphones on international flights.

No, it's headset only. The two jacks are left and right channels.
