Roland G-70 Version 2 Overview

The Roland G-70 Version 2 is a professional 76-key arranger workstation keyboard designed for live and studio applications. Featuring a large 192MB internal wave ROM, the G-70 offers a wide variety of voices and styles from the Roland library, including the popular Fantom-X series piano. The keyboard has a weighted action with aftertouch for a natural piano feel, which brings a more nuanced performance whether you've selected a piano, guitar, or accordion voice.

The G-70's built-in arranger includes 285 styles that utilize the full potential of the powerful sound engine, providing you with high-quality backing in a variety of genres. Instant customization of any part of your style or song is made possible with the Cover and Makeup tools. The Adaptive Chord Voicing (ACV) technology lets your accompaniment instruments change smoothly when you change chords, where other keyboards have awkward interval jumps.

Other features of the G-70 include a full 16-track sequencer with editing functions, as well as vocal assistant features and effects. A full-color touch screen LCD is included for displaying everything from lyrics and chord charts to 3D animated virtual harmonic bars for organ playing. File exchange and data backup are made easy thanks to MIDI and USB connectors, as well as a floppy disk drive and memory card slot.
