The miXart 8 ES from Digigram is a universal, long-form PCI card, that provides eight analog inputs and eight outputs, along with eight channels of EtherSound input and eight channels of EtherSound input.
The card supports simultaneous recording and playback while providing on-board signal processing with comprehensive mixing functions. The processing include audio scrub, time-stretching, routing, digital levels, phase inversion, parametric equalization, compression/expander and noise gate.
The miXart 8 ES is targeted at public address systems and logging applications. Audio files may be played directly from a hard disk to the network, while simultaneously live sources may be archived to a computer based logging system. The card delivers pristine sound quality.
