The Performance Gear series provide reliable, cost-effective wireless microphone technology without sacrificing quality. The system features up to 8 user selectable frequencies and is configured with the PG4 receiver, PG1 body-pack transmitter, WL185 lavalier microphone and Countryman E6 head-worn microphone.
The PG4 Receiver is a table-top or rack-mounted unit with 1/4" phone and XLR outputs for complete compatibility with any amplifier or recording device. The PG4 features diversity reception where twin antennas minimize radio frequency (RF) drop-out and interference. The PG4 is easily rack-mounted with the optional Shure URT (Universal Rack Tray).
The PG1 Body-Pack is a comfortable, lightweight body-pack transmitter with a TA4-Female input connector to accommodate lavalier microphones and instrument cables. This system includes the PG185 lavalier microphone, suitable for general speech and vocal capturing. The PG1 is powered for up to 8 hours on a single alkaline or rechargeable 9-Volt battery.
The Countryman E6 professional head-worn microphone is designed to perform on-stage, in conference settings and broadcast applications. A thin boom and miniature element virtually disappears against the skin and the microphone element features a wide frequency response and high SPL handling. The omnidirectional pattern provides a generous pick up while minimizing residual surface noise.
