The MUSICASS6 6-Position Speaker Selector from MTX Home Audio is a device that allows you to connect up to (6) pairs of speakers and selectively choose where to send your audio output signal. This device is ideally suited for multi-room or surround-sound applications that require switching between different input sources and output speaker pairs.
This unit features selectable impedance matching and separate on-off pushbutton control for each speaker pair. It also includes dual-amplified source switching functionality, an impedance protection circuit, and screw terminals that accept 12- or 14-gauge wire. The selector can be used with one or two stereo amplifiers, which can be selected with the unit's A/B selector switch. Its compact size is perfect for desktop or rack installation and 19" rackmount brackets are included with the unit.
