It would be great if they made racks with an odd number of spaces (9, 17, 25 etc) to accommodate light/power unit.

The manufacturer does not make casters specific to this rack, however, a set of aftermarket casters would be fairly easy to install. There are security covers available, that attach to the rack on top of the gear in the rack.
