Can you please tell me the exterior and interior diameters?
The exact exterior and interior diameters are not listed for this product. However it is designed specifically to work with the Sanken COS-11 microphone and other microphones its size. The COS-11 has a diameter of 4mm, the inside will be around that size for a snug fit. The product is also meant to be hidden under clothing, so the outer diameter will still be very small, we would think around 10-12mm.

Anyone know of a product like this for regular sized (not miniature) lavaliers?
I too would like a larger product. I have used these on a mic that was too big for it and it did help. I just slit it on one side.

Will this work with Contryman B3 or B6?
Yes, I use them with the b6. The mic can slip through, so, I like to wrap a tiny strip of tape around the wire below the mic to make it more thick and keep it snug.

no but it work great with MKE1 and MKE2
