This is an excellent matte box. I use it on 99.9% of my production work. It handles blocking glare very easily, and it screws onto the lens when you purchase the correct adapter ring for your lens.

does it work with the Genus Wide Angle Matte box?
Hi John, Apologies for not answering this question earlier, as it was missed in the reports. The GFFW French Flag fits directly onto the GWMC matte box. It also works with the GML Matte Box Lite.
