Not cheap, but reliable

It's a simple cable, so there's not really much to review about. Well manufactured, plugs are solid and perhaps a bit on the upper limit of size tolerances, which leads to a VERY snug fit - but that's actually welcome and a better feeling than the flimsy connections that are so commonplace these days. One does pay a rather steep price for a specialised item, too. This is a replacement for an identical cable connecting the Areca ARC-1882x RAID card in my Mac Pro to an external SAS enclosure that got miraculously lost during our relocation to Iceland, and I expect it will last for a very long time. Or at least until our dog discovers the joys of chewing on cables. Oh, and B&H was the -only- place I could find on my trip to NYC that actually had this cable in stock.
