The K&M 29390 Microphone Table Base (Black) features a cast-iron base with a horizontally mounted female XLR socket. There is also a rear mounted 3-pin male XLR connector.
If you'd like to add additional circuitry in the future, the base has access space and the face features a removable plate for switches, indicators, controls or connectors.
