would this work with Elgato Wave Mic Arm LP? Gator Frameworks has a flange for their boom arm. Open to suggestions.

The K&M 23855 Table Flange is designed specifically for use with the K&M 23850 Microphone Arm. It is not guaranteed for use with other arms from other brands.

What diameter is the hole? What diameter is the boom stem of the K&M 23850? 12mm? 15mm?

The manufacturer has not specified the diameter of the shaft of the 23855 Table Flange. K&M only states that it is designed to only be used with the 23850 and 23860 boom arms.
