Anchor Audio PROCOM 40 Overview

The PortaCom Pro PROCOM 40 is a unique, portable, full-duplex digital wireless intercom system, operating in the 2.4 GHz frequency range, and consisting of 4 lightweight bodypack transceivers and 4 noise-cancelling dual-muff headsets, each with an adjustable dynamic boom microphone.

The PROCOM 40 transceiver is equipped with a set of 256 selectable privacy codes, and a huge selection of noise-free addressing codes, for interference-free international use. The unit offers a high 100mW output, and a line-of-sight reception range of up to 750' on location.

The professional, padded headset is equipped with a locking 6-pin mini XLR connector, and a dynamic microphone with a frequency response tweaked for maximum speech intelligibility. The number of expansion headsets that may be added to the system is virtually unlimited. The PROCOM 40 is a rugged, versatile, and cost-effective solution for ENG, film and video location communications applications.
