We find the product provides great sound and is easy to use. The ear bud is just a bit large so is slightly uncomfortable for any length of time.

I had gotten two of them for work. My work partner and I were having a hard time hearing what was being said, so we decided to try these headsets. (We work at a tire shop) These head sets are amazing! They made a HUGE difference!! We were just talking the other day about how we ever got along without them!
