The Domke F-5XC Shoulder/Belt Bag (Sand) is a water-resistant canvas camera bag made to carry a digital SLR camera, two lenses, flash and accessories. The bag has a protective weather flap on the front, and two bendable interior dividers that bend to allow the user a number of configurations. Unzip the bottom flap and easily find the items that have fallen to the bottom. There are two front vertical slip pockets sized to fit a cell phone or MP3 player, and one large back slip pocket for papers or accessories. The bag is carried by a removable, adjustable non-slip Gripper shoulder strap.

I got this bag to hold a Mamiya 6 with 75mm and 50mm lenses. The body fits snugly in the central space, with a lens on either side of the body in the other spaces. It also fits three 58mm filters, a Manfrotto 410PL plate, and cable release in the front pockets under the flap, with the back pocket and unused space inside being used for film and a Sekonic L-308. This bag would also work well for a 35mm camera, or mirrorless digital camera and 2 lenses plus accessories, though probably better suited to primes and short zoom lenses. Construction is very solid and being water resistant is a nice feature. Domke is a great brand.

I been using two years now. Excellent build quality, looks smaller on my shoulder , I carry Fuji xh-1 body with 10-24 mm and xt10 with 55-200 zoom attached and Meike 420 flash . Not heavy to move city walker, busy street photo taking , very. comfortable , with National Geographic shoulder pad $18 . I'm enjoying with Domke f5xc very happy .

Can the bottom zipper section be separated from ...

Can the bottom zipper section be separated from the upper section so that other items can be kept there - don't want the bodies resting directly on lenses if that's what I choose to use the zipper "compartment" for?

Yes, you can create a floor for the top section so as not to have items resting on gear at the bottom.

Can I put wax (domke wax) in the exterior canvas of the bag, specially in the front cover and in the bottom?

Domke RuggedWear Refinishing Wax is incompatible with the Domke F-5XC Large Shoulder Bag (Sand). The wax is strictly for the Domke bags with the RuggedWear material.

will this bag hold a Canon 70-200L 2.8 lens, 24-70, and a Canon 5D MK IV body? Thanks.

If the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera (Body Only), the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Lens, and the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USM Lens are not connected to one another, the three items would fit inside the Domke F-5XC Large Shoulder Bag (Black). If the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV is connected to the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, it may not fit, or it would be a tight squeeze due to the canvas material of the case.

I am looking for a walk-around bag for ...

I am looking for a walk-around bag for unobtrusive street shooting. I have a Nikon D8110,Nikon 28-300mmVR and Nikon 16-35mm lenses. Is this bag large enough for this gear? I'd like to stay as small as possible but with easy access. Thanks

I believe if you have the lenses detached from the body, it will fit.
