The RC-1000N Master Programmable Remote Control Panel from Kramer is a programmable remote control designed for use with Kramer switchers that feature RS-232 or RS-485 control interfaces. It has been constructed for use as a wall-plate unit in a standard 2-gang electrical box and can control up to (16) matrix switchers. This unit is well suited for use in presentation applications involving many signal sources, such as studio work, among many other possible uses.
It includes configurable back-lit buttons. Among other commands, the buttons can be used to control and execute multiple switches with one touch. A front lockout panel on the unit prevents unwanted tampering or changes to your configurations. The device can be controlled via its front-panel interface, RS-232, and RS-485.
