I bought this bag with the Manfrotto Alu Air-Cushioned Compact Stand Quick Stack 3-Pack (Black, 7.7') (B&H # MA1052BAC3) , and the fit JUST nice. Probably can fit two more of the same length.

How many pounds can this bag handle?
This bag is very sturdy and durable. I packed 50 lbs of gear in it and traveled 30 weekends a year via tour bus and checked commercial airline baggage for 3 years without incident.
