How much weight can these chairs safely take please?
It can handle more than 300, probably because when sitting your full weight isn't on the seat. I have had mine for 7+ years and was over 300lbs for some of those. I NEVER stood on the seat, just sat with my legs on the ground with NO issues. Highly recommend for bad backs.

How does the seat get adjusted, how does it lock into the next postion. The pictures and disctription does not say anything or show how the adjustment is locked in?
there is a roller bar on the seat, you lift the front of the seat and it allows you to roll the seat to ANY height. Once you put the seat level it locks the roller bar and you can observe with no issues. When sitting on the seat I have never had a problem of the seat moving.
