The posts are 20" (H) and have built in wire conduits to hide your cables out of sight for a clean look. The height adjustment on each post will allow four separate adjustments in 1" increments.
Two hideaway shelves add further flexibility for a laptop or multimedia projector and are stored under the shelf and out of sight when not in use
