Product worked for 2 weeks then broke. On/off switch no longer functions. Unfortunately I cannot return because of 30 day policy and that I didn't get around to putting it to full use for a few weeks. Now I've been on hold 3 times collectively for an hour to ask if there's something to be done. You guys suck

Excellent podium mike for our temple

Use it in our temple podium , the 2 QSC speakers are mounted behind the podium. Usually tough to set up microphone on the podium with feedback possibilities. Could not use condenser microphone as they cause feedback every time. This dynamic microphone caused no feedback even at high volume. Like the switch on it too. Clarity is excellent. Will monitor next few weeks. If o.k. Will buy another one. Price is great .
