I have a Rokunar SP Studio System. One of the light stands top has a screw for adding a lamp, the threaded screw broke. I tried to take it off the pole but it does not come off. I did take the screw off that holds it to the pole. It seems to be glued in. Used two pipe wrenches, but it busted. So now I will drill it out or cut below it and lose about 2 inches. So what is the replacement I need?
Without knowing the dimensions of the pole it's not easy to answer. Manfrotto does make other adapters that may work for you. This one listed below comes to mind. It might fit on the outside of the pole and allow you to use any other adapter of your choosing.
