The HT-DDW990 brings the movie theater experience right into your home, without having to buy a ticket.

The HT-DDW990 system combines style, functionality and clarity with an impressive A/V (140W-Channel) digital receiver, and a powerful 5.1-channel speaker system. It's packaged with four satellite speakers, center speaker, and an active subwoofer. In addition, the Sony HT-DDW990 features Dolby Digital, DTS, Dolby Pro Logic II, component video I/O, optical/coaxial digital-audio inputs, Digital Cinema Auto Calibration, Digital Media Port for iPod connectivity, and a built-in AM/FM tuner.

High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI)
If you're looking to pump high-definition into your home theater, the HT-DDW990 will do the job. It has an integrated digital processor capable of transferring HD video signals up to 720p/1080i resolution through the HDMI output.
