Exactly What I Needed, Better Than I Expected

I Purchased This, For Validating Trading Cards. The Package Came Before The Delivery Date, Which I Was So Happy About. The Way That It Was Packaged In The Box Was Impeccable. It Was Not Going To Move In That Box No Matter What. The Linen Test Was So Much Smaller Than Expected. But It's Absolutely Perfect It Works So Well, And The Magnification Plus The Light Makes Validating Cards So Quick And Easy. I Highly Recommend This Product.

Smaller than expected, light is awkward

My darkroom instructor had something like this for reviewing negatives and cleaning very small dust off them before enlarging (the light and open area between the negative and lens helps for this). However, what I did not realize is that the viewable areas is not 1 x 1, it is 1cm x 1cm. This thing is tiny. Since my main goal was dust removal, I'm not bothered by that (but it was a surprise). Where it lost the star is the light button, it doesn't have a lock, and it is very awkward to hold on while hand holding a negative. Still, for $ I'm very pleased with iy.
