It features heavy-duty 14 gauge steel construction on its U-joint and mounting legs, 11 gauge steel on the pitch bracket, locking ring, and base disk assembly. This mount enables projector-to-screen registration with 360° rotation, ±20° roll, ±15° pitch/tilt; and fine-tuning alignment is achieved with adjustment knobs at the base of the mount. It supports virtually any projector up to 50 lbs (22.6kg), couples to standard 1.5" NPT steel pipe, and integrates easily with a slew of Da-Lite's ceiling mount accessories.
This kit includes an above ceiling plate that conveniently mounts within a one foot by two foot area of a drop ceiling grid. It features 1.5" NPT pipe coupling, two electrical knockouts, 10' safety cable, 20' tie wire, four turn buckles, and mounting anchors. In addition, the included plenum cover works in conjunction with the above ceiling plate, featuring a removable lid for easy access, and electrical knockouts for 1-1/2" and 3/4" conduit.
