This is made of brass which is fine for me, no issue. The only thing I didn't realize is that the threads are metric. I could use it as planned but it's my fault by not reading the specs in details.

It is what it is and it does what it's supposed to do. Seems like it will last. FYI: You may need to add washers to lock in things that aren't perfectly balanced.
