Cisco POES5 Overview

The 5V Power Over Ethernet Splitter from Linksys can be used to deliver PoE power and data to a Linksys IP Phone. The splitter has a single PoE Ethernet port, which can receive power and data from a PoE switch. It splits that into a single 5VDC plug to deliver power and an RJ-45 plug to deliver data. In addition to the Linksys IP Phone, the splitter can be used to deliver power and data to other 5VDC/Ethernet devices.
